Due to presence of permanent field teams in the regions, we will take care of the placement and dismantling of PoSm on the stores in shortest terms. With help of the mobile application CandS.app auditors will control the availability of materials during the period of placement, and client will be able to quickly receive a digitized report with artifacts of inspections on presence of promotional materials. Also, you can order analysis of PoSm availability and promo activity of competitors in national networks of Ukraine.
Logistics team will ensure the delivery of promotional materials from suppliers workshops to distribution warehouse and will take care of timely delivery of advertising materials to all regions of Ukraine according to the project's address program.
Our Field team will provide the calculation of quantity and will take the measurement of advertising media in the stores; Creative team will provide the design development and will follow up on quality of production of advertising materials in the workshops of our suppliers. Logistics team will take care of distribution, packing and sending of materials to regions according to the address program; Our supervisors will ensure the reception and distribution of materials inside the regions. An integrated approach to POSm projects will save time and budget for production, logistics, placement of advertising materials in retail chains of Ukraine.

Our software allows to gather, analyze, and store data about prices of key retailers on the Internet. Availability of information about current prices in offline retail and comparing it with online prices will provide additional tools for the companies for adjusting their own pricing policy, development of sales promotion activities, synchronization of data in online and offline channels.
Retail Census – is a physical study of specific territory for the identification of outlets, with further classification and detailing of individual parameters (example, address, name, format, area, product categories and groups, etc.). Retail census helps to determine market (or channel), capacity, to form or adjust the work system of field teams on a given territory. This method of survey solves such tasks, like calculation of development potential and sales plan, analysis of competitors, updating of the actual base of clients with the company's electronic base, search for new sales opportunities, development, formation and optimization of routes, determination of the number of employees, responsible for the territory.

Retail Audit – the process of complex research in retail channel, that allows to monitor and digitize product range, stock on the shelf, it’s sell-by date, merchandise display, compliance with trade matrixes, zonality, shares, prices, availability of commercial equipment, to oversee planograms separately (by article), conformity of pricetags, sales promotions, PoSm placement, work of sales and promotional staff. All gathered characteristics get digitized and tracked over time. Based on the client's objectives, information from such studies is grouped by various parameters, is analyzed, and it can be projected into separate territory or region. The main advantage of offline audit (Retail Audit) over online price monitoring (Internet Parsing) is speed, relevance, and depth of data and customer's perception of the product on the shelf in a particular store in a certain moment of time.
